I saw Dr. Meier yesterday!
I have some arthritis in both knees, I got a couple of shots of cortisone and I should be good to go.
A great adventure for a great cause! I am excited to follow this ride online. Looking forward to your send off Wednesday morning. See you in Mission Beach!
